Privacy and website enquiries

Updated 28 October 2026. This notice describes the audit and contact features supplied by TheSparkSEO. Contact info@thesparkseo.com with a privacy question or deletion request.

Audit data

When you run a check, the website stores the submitted domain, scan results, time, campaign source, browser user agent and a hashed IP value used for rate limiting. Public website pages are requested to perform the check. Initial automated findings can be viewed without giving an email address. Full findings are unlocked after a report request.

Optional review requests

If you request your full report, your email is saved with your scan and an internal alert is attempted. The team prepares and emails your report with personal recommendations, normally within 24 hours. This is not a newsletter subscription. Saving the request or accepting an internal alert does not mean the report was delivered.

Email, WhatsApp and service providers

Email is handled by the configured mail providers. WhatsApp links open WhatsApp, whose own terms and privacy notice apply. Hosting, security and email providers process data needed to operate the service. The homepage requests fonts from Google Fonts; audit speed checks may use Google PageSpeed services.

Usage information

The site records events such as campaign landings, starting an audit, requesting a review and clicking contact links. These are events, not verified unique customers or completed conversations. Optional scenario-calculator inputs remain in the browser and are not submitted to our service. Hosting and security services may keep their own logs. Administrator login cookies are separate from the public audit.

Your choices

You can view initial findings without providing an email; the full report request is optional. Do not submit confidential customer information or passwords. To ask what enquiry data is held, correct it, request deletion, or stop further contact, email us. We review stored enquiry data periodically and delete it when it is no longer needed, subject to necessary business records and applicable obligations.
